To be an effective leader, we must always be able to implement and adapt to change in our organisation. This course will provide middle and senior management teams the tools, knowledge and motivation needed to effect change successfully in their organisation.
This programme is designed to help leaders and key personnel in organisations formulate effective change strategies at work. It is a highly practical course working with live cases that is relevant to the participants’ organisational needs.
Those attending will leave with a much greater understanding of the change management process and leaders will be equipped with a range of tools and techniques they can use to evangelise organisation change and create quantifiable KPIs to assess success.
At the end of the course, each group will be able to present actionable strategies and implementation roadmaps for current or new projects to their senior leadership team.
